Flingmatch User Agreement

Welcome to Flingmatch！

We are delighted that you have chosen to use Flingmatch by TRAVELLUK LLC, a community-based application developed by our team. This User Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Application. By accessing or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Use

To fully utilize the Application's features, you must create a user account. You agree to:

i. Provide true, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and keep it updated.

ii. Safeguard your account credentials, including your username and password, to prevent unauthorized access.

iii. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Application Usage Guidelines

You agree to use the Application only for legitimate, lawful, and community-compliant purposes. You are prohibited from:

i. Posting content that is illegal, misleading, or infringes on others' rights.

ii. Engaging in unauthorized advertising, promotion, or commercial activities.

iii. Using the Application in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

3. User-Generated Content

You have the right to post, share, and comment on content within the Application. You are solely responsible for ensuring that:

i. Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights.

ii. You have the necessary rights and permissions to post and share the User Content.

We reserve the right to delete, edit, or hide any User Content that violates these Terms or is reported to be inappropriate without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property Protection

The Application and its contents, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to:

i. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or exploitation of any part of the Application.

ii. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Application.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect, use, and share your personal information according to our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. We are committed to protecting your privacy and adhering to applicable data protection laws.

6. Termination of Service

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

i. Violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your account and all related data may be permanently deleted.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

We provide the Application on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.

9. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
